How Does It Work?
We provide you with individual care at home, so you can continue you with your day-to-day life. It means you can stay in the comfort of your own home, however, we will provide a helping hand where required.
We work with you to develop a bespoke level of care. An appointment will be booked with you to discuss your current needs, and to help us understand how our staff members can best help with your specific requirements.
The Care Process
A lot of our clients come to us puzzled with the whole Live-In Care process. In 3 easy steps you could be receiving great Live-In Care.
1) All you need to do is pick up the phone and give us a call. We will have a chat about your needs and what you can expect from us. If you are happy we will book in a care plan meeting. A Care Manager will meet you and write up a care plan based on your needs.
2) Now we’ve got that out the way, all we need from you is some basic information on the type of carer you are looking for. This could be as simple as someone who is able to help you exercise, or cook food to your preferences – or it could be that you are looking for a Carer experienced in Dementia Care for example. We have the perfect Carer for 99.9% of clients!
3) Now that we have your preferences in mind we will select an appropriate Carer for you, or give you a choice between Carers (where possible). Once your Carer has been selected we will inform you of your care start date. That’s it, care will begin on your start date. If there’s ever any issues, we are always at the end of the phone. We will also be regularly in touch to ensure that you are happy and that your care is up to standard.
I Need Live-In Care
If you require in home care urgently, please get in touch with a member of the ACS care team, and we will do our utmost best to allocate you one of our existing care support workers to you. However, if you do not require care so urgently, we like to work with you to recruit a care worker who matches your exact needs.
We take a lot of your everyday lifestyle into account when looking for a new recruit. For example where you like to go, whether you drive, what you like to watch on TV and even the types of food you love to cook.
